Aniwa Gathering

End-to-end Operations

1,500 attendees · 150 crew · 40 Indigenous leaders · 20 nations · $600–700K annual budget

Over four years, The Keon Cohen Company built and scaled the production operation behind ANIWA Gathering, growing the event from approximately 300 to 1,500 attendees. Led by Producer Victoria Keon-Cohen, we designed the crew structure and production departments from the ground up, developing the operational ecosystems, site layout and repeatable systems across programming, international travel & hospitality, site operations, transportation, accommodation, vendors, staffing and guest experience.

Working alongside ANIWA’s leadership and partners, we delivered a four-day program running from 7am to midnight across four stages, alongside ceremonial spaces, an Indigenous art market, food vendors and boutique camping.
All in service of ANIWA’s mission to preserve and share Indigenous knowledge, foster cultural exchange and deepen connection to one another and the Earth.
